Neil Papiano : ウィキペディア英語版 | Neil Papiano Neil Papiano born , in Salt Lake City, Utah, is an American lawyer, and managing partner of Iverson, Yoakum, Papiano & Hatch.〔(Lawyers.com )〕 He received B.A. and M.A. degrees from Stanford University, the latter in 1957,〔 and an LL.B. from Vanderbilt University Law School in 1961.〔 He was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1961.〔(CA State Bar Records )〕 In February, 2014, Papiano was disbarred, and declared "INVOLUNTARILY INACTIVE" with respect to his license to practice law by order of the State Bar Court of California.〔http://members.calbar.ca.gov/fal/Member/Detail/31811〕 The Bar found Papiano guilty of MORAL TERPITUDE, "depraved behavior," for stealing money from a trust fund of his longtime business partner and client James Nederlander. The account was being held in trust for the benefit of Nederlander's grandchildren.〔〔http://research.omicsgroup.org/index.php/Neil_Papiano〕 According to court papers filed by his attorney, Papiano has been diagnosed with dementia and also has financial problems.
